Do you offer returns/exchanges for faulty items?

We are sorry to hear, this is not usually the case but if so, we will gladly replace it with a new bestfriend. Please contact us returns@glamsteam.com so we can solve the issue for you.

Do you offer warranty on your products?

Absolutely! Orders come with a 12-month warranty. We will happily replace or refund any goods, if they are found to be faulty, damaged or have caused a skin reaction. Read our refund policy and if you are eligible, please email returns@glamsteam.com so we can assist you.

How often should I use GLAMSTEAM?

We recommend using the facial steamer 1 - 2 times a week for improved results.

How do I use my GLAMSTEAM?

Will my GLAMSTEAM work internationally?

Yes, you simply need an international adapter for the product to work, most countries are compatible with the voltage. Please check before purchase. Our power outlet is AUS/NZ, GLAMSTEAM voltage is 220 ~ 50HZ and meets safety/electrical standards.

What water do I use with my GLAMSTEAM?

We recommend Pure or Distilled water.

What fruit and essential oils can I use in my GLAMSTEAM?

Please ONLY use dried fruits, dried flowers, and dried vegetables. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, we advise do not use any of the above with the GS Steamer. When using essential oils, we recommend insert up to two drops and make sure the essential oil is not leaking from the compartment.

Is my GLAMSTEAM waterproof?

No, it is not! For your safety and health, we advise you not to pour water on the steamer or next to the power outlet. Please keep away from water or any other liquids.

Do you test on animals?

No way! We love our animals and we’re practically vegan (fruits, vegetables, essential oils and water)
